If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, tax identifiers, or sensitive financial records.
3. Browser storage
The Fallows and cart features use localStorage in your browser to retain followed course IDs, quantities, and theme preference. This information is not sent to Clearstead Learning by these features. Clearing browser storage removes it.
4. How information is used
Contact information is used to answer requests, provide support, maintain service quality, and protect the website. We do not use educational interactions to make individualized financial recommendations.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by carefully selected hosting, security, email, or form-handling providers when necessary to operate the service, subject to appropriate obligations.
